Welcome to the web site for the Children's Oncology Group (COG) Cell Culture and Xenograft Repository. This repository banks and distributes validated cell lines and patient-derived xenografts (PDXs) established from childhood cancers to investigators seeking to do research on childhood cancer. The repository has distributed cell lines and PDXs to more than 260 investigators across the USA and in 19 countries.

Cell cultures, continuous cell lines, and cryopreserved xenografts stored in the repository are distributed to investigators free of charge. Payment of shipping by providing a Federal Express (or similar) account number is requested for US shipments and required for international shipments.

The COG Cell Line and Xenograft Repository has been supported in part by a grant from the Cancer Prevention & Research Institute of Texas and is currently supported by a generous grant from Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation.
